The CareBook.Club is built around a simple promise: your data is yours. We do not view, read, sell, share, or use your care records, personal information, or account data for any purpose. Your information is private and remains private.

Secure Accounts

Every account is protected by authentication and is accessible only by you. Your care rosters, recipient records, schedules, tasks, expenses, incidents, and comments are stored securely and are tied to your account. We use row-level access controls so that only you and the coordinators you explicitly invite can see the data you choose to share.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not read or review your care records.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your data to train models or for analytics profiling.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not access your care content for any reason.

Data You Share With Others

When you invite a care coordinator to a roster, you are choosing to share that roster's data with them. The CareBook.Club facilitates this sharing at your direction, but you remain in control of who you invite and what they can see. You may remove a coordinator's access at any time by ending the roster relationship.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. The payment provider handles all financial data securely according to their own compliance standards.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the care information you enter. We encourage you to download and maintain your own copies of your CareBook exports so you always have a personal record of your care data.
