The CareBook.Club is a centralized coordination platform built for caretakers who manage the daily, weekly, and long-term needs of one or more care recipients — whether those recipients are people or animals. Caregiving is rarely a single task; it is a constant flow of schedules, tasks, expenses, incident reports, and agreements that must stay organized and shareable. The CareBook.Club brings all of it into one place so nothing falls through the cracks.
The app is designed for caretakers who carry the day-to-day responsibility of care, care coordinators — family members, friends, or professional teams — who oversee and support from a distance, and the care recipients themselves, both human and animal, who sit at the center of every agreement and record. A caretaker can create multiple rosters, add one or more recipients to each, and invite a coordinator to view the roster, leave comments, and download a printable CareBook at any time.
The CareBook.Club is built by a small team that believes care deserves a living record — one that is easy to keep, easy to share, and respectful of the people and animals it describes. Every roster becomes a downloadable CareBook: a clear, complete snapshot of the care provided, the agreements in place, and the events that shaped it. Our mission is to give caretakers and coordinators a single, trustworthy home for the work of care, so the focus can stay where it belongs — on the recipients.
